Please see the weekly schedule below. UNIFORMS Please use the TEAM SPIRIT WEAR STORE to order you uniform and spirit wear. STORE CLOSES TODAY SUNDAY MARCH 19th. Lap-A-Thon Form = The lap-a-thon helps us in many different ways. Please see the form to see possible purchases. Please turn the money in with an envelope with the runner's name on it. I will collect money any day this week. The official lap-a-thon is Wednesday March 22nd. Please check to see if you are missing anything: CHECKLIST PAGE Fill out the Team Rules Signature Page Review (Team Rules) ALL PRACTICES THIS WEEK WILL BE OUTDOORS. The outdoor bathrooms will not be open for 2 more weeks so come to practices dressed and ready. There won't be anyplace to change. The only bathrooms this week are Porta-potties. Monday March 20th = 2:45pm Distance and Mid distance warm up at OUTDOOR track. 3pm = All others warm up on OUTDOOR track. Dress appropriately. (Weather = Possible showers 44 degrees) Tuesday March 21st = 2:45pm Distance and Mid distance warm up at outdoor track. 3pm = All others warm up on OUTDOOR track. Dress appropriately. (Weather = Cloudy 51 degrees) 5pm = Parent meeting Room 501 Wednesday March 22nd = TEAM Pictures 3pm (Scheduled to be outside on track) Wear team T-Shirt that is handed out Monday and black running pants, sweat pants, leggings. (If not black then wear dark workout pants) 3:30-4:30 = Lap-A-Thon Form: As much as I don't want to do this during practice it makes the most sense with the weather. We will do the Lap-A-Thon following team pictures. We will finish up at 4:30pm. Please turn the money in with an envelope with the runner's name on it. (Weather = Sunny 33 degrees) Anyone who donates to the Lap-A-thon will receive a T-shirt which we will be wearing for our team picture. Even if you can't make the event you can still donate and receive a t-shirt. Thursday March 23rd = 2:45pm Distance and Mid distance warm up at OUTDOOR track. 3pm = All others warm up on OUTDOOR track. Dress appropriately. (Weather = Partly Cloudy 41 degrees) Friday March 24th = NO PRACTICE (There will be workouts for spring break and possible spring break practices_ Absences If at all possible you must communicate with a coach before you miss practice and fill out the: ABSENCE FORM Reasons to miss = Illness, school function that can't be done any other time. Remember communication is key.
