Tuesday March 19th at 5pm in the High School cafeteria. This is a great time to meet many of the coaching staff. I will go over the information for the season(Most of which has been emailed to you) I will also answer any questions.
My expectation is everyone that is participating this season also participate in raising funds for the team. The official fundraiser will between 3-4pm on Thursday March 21st. Athletes will be selling mini cookies and cookie dough. I have attached the brochures. Mini Cookies Flier = $15, Cookie Dough Flier $20. The goal is that each athlete sells at least 5 items. Please bring back the TEAM SUPPORT SHEET by Tuesday March 19th. Money will be due after spring break and I will be receiving a sharable link that you can text and email people during the sale.
If at all possible you must communicate with a coach before you miss practice and fill out the: ABSENCE FORM Reasons to miss = Illness, school function that can't be done any other time. Remember communication is key.

UNIFORMS and Spiritwear
Below is the link to order Uniforms and Spiritwear. So ALL ATHLETES will need to order a new uniform unless they have one from last year or cross country. The uniforms are solid colors so that we can use them for many years without worry of being discontinued.

The Final order date is Wednesday, March 20th. Orders must be placed by Wednesday, March 20th or they will not be honored. Orders placed after this date will only be filled if there are still items available. You pay online.
Athletes MUST purchase jerseys Boys/Girls ($20) and Boys/Girls shorts ($20) that will be kept each year. Uniforms will be the same each year so athletes only must purchase these uniforms one time.

Dress to run outside everyday!! PRACTICE ENDS BETWEEN 4:15-4:30. DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING OUT.
Monday March 18th = Practice 2:45pm at OUTDOOR track for all athletes. Dress appropriately. (Weather = 41 degrees)
Tuesday March 19th = Practice 2:45pm at OUTDOOR track for all athletes. Dress appropriately. (Weather = 45 degrees)
