Weekly Schedule 3/12
Mid-Distance and Distance will be running outside this week please dress appropriately. Sprint, Jumps, and throws will be inside.
Monday March 12th = 3pm = All athletes meet in the cafeteria. Please bring Physical if it is not on file. Also, please bring emergency contact sheet.
Tuesday March 13th = 2:45pm Distance and Mid distance Meet in cafeteria(You will be running outside) 3pm = All others warm up on INDOOR track.
Wednesday March 14th = 2:45pm Distance and Mid distance Meet in cafeteria(You will be running outside) 3pm = All others warm up on INDOOR track.
Thursday March 15th = 2:45pm Distance and Mid distance Meet in cafeteria(You will be running outside) 3pm = All others warm up on INDOOR track.
Friday March 16th = 1:45pm Distance and Mid distance Meet in cafeteria(You will be running outside) 2pm = All others warm up on INDOOR track.
If at all possible you must communicate with a coach before you miss practice and fill out the: ABSENCE FORM Reasons to miss = Illness, school function that can't be done any other time. Remember communication is key.

UNIFORMS and Spiritwear
Below is the link to order Uniforms and Spiritwear. Unfortunately, Under Armour has discontinued the uniforms we have been using. So ALL ATHLETES will need to order a new uniform unless they have one from cross country. The uniforms are solid colors so that we can use them for many years without worry of being discontinued.

It is very easy to order and all orders must be done online. Please
go to the website and click the “Track & Field Clothing” Link. You will submit your order online. The Final order date is Thursday, March 22nd. Orders must be placed by Thursday, March 22nd or they will not be honored. Orders placed after this date will only be filled if there are still items available. You pay online.
Athletes MUST purchase jerseys Boys/Girls ($20) and Boys/Girls shorts ($20) that will be kept each year. Uniforms will be the same each year so athletes only must purchase these uniforms one time.
Uniform Policy = Any gear worn under the uniform must be BLACK.
