Please see the changes to the weekly schedule below.
Please use the TEAM SPIRIT WEAR STORE to order you uniform and spirit wear. STORE CLOSES SUNDAY MARCH 19th.

Thursday March 16th = 2:45pm Distance and Mid-distance CAFETERIA.
3pm = All others meet at INDOOR TRACK Don't leave without a picture order Form.
Friday March 17th = NON-MANDATORY 1:45pm All athletes meet in CAFETERIA if you want to workout.
Saturday March 18th = Lap-A-Thon MOVED TO TUESDAY March 21st.
Sunday March 19th = Off/Cross train on own
Monday March 20th = 2:45pm Distance and Mid distance warm up at outdoor track. 3pm = All others warm up on OUTDOOR track. Dress appropriately.
Tuesday March 21st = TEAM Pictures 3pm (Scheduled to be outside on track) Wear T-Shirt that is handed out Monday and black running pants, sweat pants, leggings. (If not black then wear dark workout pants)
3:30-4:30 = Lap-A-Thon Form: As much as I don't want to do this during practice it makes the most sense with the weather. We will do the Lap-A-Thon following team pictures. We will finish up at 4:30pm.
Anyone who donates to the Lap-A-thon will receive a T-shirt which we will be wearing for our team picture. Even if you can't make the event you can still donate and receive a t-shirt.
If at all possible you must communicate with a coach before you miss practice and fill out the: ABSENCE FORM Reasons to miss = Illness, school function that can't be done any other time. Remember communication is key.

2. New Runners must fill out the NEW Runner Contact Form
3. Fill out the Team Rules Signature Page Review (Team Rules)
4. Turn in Emergency Contact Sheet to Track Mailbox must have by Friday March 17th
