Current Registered Runners(Updated 3/10)
- Look for gender Tabs at the bottom to access boys
- If Arbiterathlete column is yellow you cannot participate until forms have been cleared. Arbiter athlete info attached.
If at all possible you must communicate with a coach before you miss practice and fill out the: ABSENCE FORM Reasons to miss = Illness, school function that can't be done any other time. Remember communication is key.

Dress to run outside everyday!!!!!
Monday March 11th = 3pm = All athletes meet in the cafeteria.
Tuesday March 12th = 2:45pm Distance and Mid distance warm up at OUTDOOR track. 2:55pm = All others warm up on OUTDOOR track. Dress appropriately. (Weather = mostly Sunny 39 degrees)
Wednesday March 13th = 2:45pm Distance and Mid distance warm up at OUTDOOR track. 2:55pm = All others warm up on OUTDOOR track. Dress appropriately. (Weather = mostly Cloudy 47 degrees)
Thursday March 14th = 2:45pm Distance and Mid distance warm up at OUTDOOR track. 2:55pm = All others warm up on OUTDOOR track. Dress appropriately. (Weather = Chance of Storms 63 degrees)
Friday March 15th = 1:45pm Distance and Mid distance warm up at OUTDOOR track. 1:55pm = All others warm up on OUTDOOR track. Dress appropriately. (Weather = Chance of Rain 44 degrees)
UNIFORMS and Spiritwear
Below is the link to order Uniforms and Spiritwear. So ALL ATHLETES will need to order a new uniform unless they have one from last year or cross country. The uniforms are solid colors so that we can use them for many years without worry of being discontinued.

It is very easy to order and all orders must be done online. Please
go to the website and click the “Track & Field Clothing” Link. You will submit your order online. The Final order date is Wednesday, March 20th. Orders must be placed by Wednesday, March 20th or they will not be honored. Orders placed after this date will only be filled if there are still items available. You pay online.
Athletes MUST purchase jerseys Boys/Girls ($20) and Boys/Girls shorts ($20) that will be kept each year. Uniforms will be the same each year so athletes only must purchase these uniforms one time.
