The Spiritwear orders have been placed. Once they come in we will figure out a way to get them to you. Thanks for the continued support.
Please remember that there are Workout Ideas on the Track and Field Website. The distance ones will be uploaded each week. Sprint, jumps, and throw stuff can be done 3-4 days a week and repeated every two to three weeks. Please follow Shelter in PLace protocols when working out.
We are still are still hoping that there is a season, but we would still like to honor our SENIORS. If you are a senior please fill out the SENIOR NIGHT FORM and send me a picture of you competing or your senior picture so we can honor you!
