Spring Break Workouts!!! All Workouts are posted on the website: http://www.hartlandtrack.com/spring-break-practices.html If you are out of town: Sprints/Jumps/Hurdles Link Mid-Distance and Distance Link Knee Drive Video Jump Drills Video Throwers = Please do you throw drills, core and some shore speed each day. If you have an opportunity to lift that would also be great. We will try and put pdf or video for throw drills on the Springbreak page of the website If you are in town the track will be open to do workouts Monday and Wednesday = 1pm-2:30pm Tuesday and Thursday = 10am-11:30am Please sign up below to let us know about how many athletes will be at each practice.
