ONE WEEK UNTIL THE FIRST DAY OF OFFICIAL TRACK PRACTICE!!
The one thing we must have before any athlete can participate is a physical on file with the high school athletic office. Please make sure you your physical is turned in by Monday March 14th. The first day will be on the outdoor track unless you hear differently.
The LAP-A-Thon will take place from 2pm-3:30pm on Saturday March 19th at the High School Track.
There are TWO paper forms we also need filled out and handed in to the track mailboxes in the athletic offices. Those two are the Emergency contact form and the Transportation waiver. If you plan on ever riding with your parent or another parent fill it out an put All Track Events on the form,
UNIFORMS Athletes MUST purchase jerseys Boys/Girls ($30) and Boys shorts ($25) that will be kept each year. (Girls will wear all black shorts that can be purchased on own.) Uniforms will be the same each year so athletes only must purchase these uniforms one time. (Uniforms will be that same as last year)
Uniform Policy. Any gear worn under the uniform must be BLACK.
Mondays = 3-4:00pm on the indoor track Coach Gutteridge
Tuesdays = Speed Training with Chex 2:30pm on Indoor Track or Weight Room Wednesdays = Track Conditioning = Chez on Indoor Track Thursdays = Speed Training with Chex 2:30pm on Indoor Track or Weight Room Fridays = On Own
