Fundraiser

Dear Parents and Runners,


Tomorrow we are having our cookie dough fundraiser.  The fundraiser will take place from 2:45-4pm in the high school cafeteria.

• Athletes need to bring a list of 10-15 phone numbers of people they can contact to sell mini cookies and cookie dough. Use the TEAM SUPPORT SHEET
• The expectation is everyone sell 5-10 items.
• Student will call people and collect orders.
• All orders will need to be submitted to me by Monday April 1st.
• You will collect money when you deliver the order.
• If you are not going to be at practice tomorrow you can use the online sales link for people to place order.  It is free shipping the orders are delivered to the school.

It is an expectation that you participate in the fundraiser.(Even if you are not at practice tomorrow)

If you would prefer to opt out of the fundraiser and give a monetary donation the equivalent of 5-10 items sold is $50.  If you bring a check made out to Hartland Athletics tomorrow then you will not be required to participate.
