Spiritwear and Summer Conditioning

Dear Athletes and Parents,


   Spiritwear has arrived, sorry about the delay.  I will be at the track from 11:30am to 12:30pm tomorrow to distribute orders.  If you cannot make it tomorrow I will be at Epley park next to village Monday morning from 8:30am to 9:30am.  If neither of those times work please send me a message and we will figure out a good time to meet up.

The district is beginning summer conditioning for athletes starting next week.  Football players will be conditioning from 8:00am to 9:30am. All other sports will be conditioning from 9:30am to 11:00am.   Cross Country runners will be meeting at Epley Park at 8:00am on Monday for their conditioning. The first two weeks will be strength and conditioning only.  When I have more specific information I will send it.
